Set up of company

Open peachtree software to setup new company following window with appear

We  create a new company so we click on set up a new company

This is a introductory which window that tell us what information we should have to proceed with the new company setup

Click on next

Now we fill the company information … so we assume the company name

Now we click on next to continous the setup..

There is a 5 chart of account we click on last point which is build your own company..

                

 Now we click on the next step that setp is accounting method .. there are two accounting method one is accrual and second one is cash we click on accrual and go to nextstep ..

Next step is posting method there is also a two method one is real time and second one is batch  we select real time becz most ofpeople use  real time method ..

We click on this  and go to next step

Next step is accounting period we click on 12 monthly accounting  period  nd go for the next step..

After selecting the monthly accounting period and go for the nextstep

                                                           Last step we click on finish
